This Sunday (05.31) is RCDP Awareness Day
Chickasaw County Public Health Administrator Lisa Welter explains RCDP.
While it is rare, Welter says there are circumstances that increase the chances a child is born with RCDP.
Welter says one of those rare cases is in Chickasaw County.
