It’s a “Dairy Vibes Only” atmosphere for the 102nd edition of Dairy Days Thursday (06.04), Friday (06.05), and Saturday (06.06) in Fredericksburg.
That’s Dairy Days board member Jade Dix, who says festivities begin at 4 PM Thursday, with the Cow Milking Contest at 6:30 PM, plus Kiddie Tractor Pull, Street Sports, and the Food Truck Frenzy.
Friday activities in Fredericksburg will once again include an aspect unique from other area festivals: two parades.
Friday’s first parade is at 10:30 AM and will be followed by the coronation of Miss Dairy Days. New Hampton native Madison Kolbet performs live from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, followed by Parade #2 at 7 PM. Then, it’s live music from The Palimono Band
There are carnival rides all three days and, as always, lots of Bingo.
Dix says new this year is the Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, with other activities including the Dairy Show and Cow Pie Bingo, with music by Blackout DJ from 6 to 10 PM, followed by fireworks.
