The Charles City Rotary Club is gearing up for the sixth annual Santa’s Shine & Show, and President Tammy Elthon stopped by Community Conversations to share what’s new for this year’s event. In the interview, she discusses vehicle registration, awards, downtown activities, and the debut of a free Kids Power Wheels Show, along with what visitors can expect during a fun-filled day on Main Street in downtown Charles City.
