Fire at Agri Star Meat Plant in Postville Under Control, No Injuries Reported

Due to the fire at Agri Star today, July 28th 2026, we are asking all Postville residents to conserve water until further notice. Please limit water use to essential needs only -avoid activities such as watering lawns, washing vehicles, and running unnecessary loads of laundry or dishes.

Your cooperation will help ensure adequate water pressure and supply while emergency responders continue their work.
