New Hampton Industrial Development Corporation would like to sell you a home.
Economic Development Director Tammy Robinson says they are working with Epique Realty of New Hampton to find a buyer for the property they took over at 341 South Chestnut Avenue.
Robinson says the home just recently went on the market.
Robinson notes the home offers a full, unfinished basement, but there is no garage.
The home is listed for sale at just under $215,000.
