National Farm Safety & Health Week Generations of Farming

Wednesday’s focus for National Farm Safety & Health Week is Generations of Farming. Using personal experiences to help shape the future of agriculture is such a fun and intriguing topic due to our grandparents or even our parents having such different experiences that helped shape how they farm compared to what the newer generations of farmers experience. Combining those experiences to mold what suits your farm the best equals success every year, especially if that means that every member of the farming operation stays safe during the year.

Today is a great reminder that there is more than one way to farm successfully but leaning in on those experiences to help everyone stay safe this harvest season will always be the most important takeaway.
