Town of Colors Street Mural in Charles City’s Near Completion

The latest Town of Colors (TOC) mural being painted in Charles City is near completion.
Councilwoman Phoebe Pittman, also a member of the TOC committee coordinating the painting of the mural on Blunt Street, between North Main and Jackson streets, gave an update during last Wednesday (06.24) night’s Council planning session.
Pittman has been impressed by the group effort its taken to paint the mural.
Pittman says local artist Robin Macomber will still need to put the finishing touches on the mural, which is being paid through grants and fundraising.
The Blunt Street mural will become the 10th mural since the Town of Colors mural program launched in 2021.
