COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS BROUGHT TO YOU BY FLOYD COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER:

Geoff George and Lance Schreier with the Charles City Arts Center joined Community Conversations to preview a busy fall at the Arts Center, starting with the Community Rummage Sale September 4-6 and the newly revamped First Thursday Studio. They also highlighted kids’ art classes and Open Studio opportunities, the September 12 “Alcohol & Alcohol Inks” class for adults, an upcoming quilting exhibit, October pumpkin carving, the return of the Monster Bash fundraiser October 24, and a November drum circle. The Arts Center is also looking for volunteers to help with upcoming events, including Monster Bash.
