Second Northeast Iowa Woman Sentenced on Prostitution Charges

A second northeast Iowa woman has been sentenced on prostitution charges.

In January, the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office arrested three subjects from Oelwein as part of a prostitution investigation in Fort Atkinson.  52-year-old Trent Fitzpatrick was charged with pimping, while 38-year-old Ashley Rochford and 29-year-old Nicole Burgos were both charged with two counts each of prostitution.

Rochford pleaded guilty to both counts in February and Burgos pleaded guilty to both counts earlier this month. Both women received suspended sentences with two years probation, plus pay about $1,700 in fines.

Fitzpatrick has pleaded not guilty and has a June 7th trial date in Winneshiek County District Court.

On April 6th, the Sheriff’s Office made another arrest in the case, charging 38-year-old Kaylee Harting of Aurora with prostitution. She faces a preliminary hearing May 8th.

In March, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Jenna McLaury of West Union on two counts of prostitution after a man claimed he paid her a total $750 for sex on two occasions, once at Dutton’s Cave near West Union and a second time in her West Union apartment.

McLaury has pleaded not guilty to both counts and her trial is scheduled for August 16th in Fayette County District Court.
