New Hampton Students Invited to “Drive Tractor to School”

The New Hampton FFA chapter is inviting students to “Drive a Tractor to School” next Tuesday (03.19).

In celebration of National Ag Day on March 19th, students can drive a tractor to school at New Hampton High School and drive their tractor in the afterschool parade at 3:30 pm. A permission form is required for student participation and is due Thursday (Mar. 14) to Ag-Ed teacher and FFA advisor, Rachel Bauler.

Some restrictions do apply.

*Students must have a valid driver’s license, and stay on designated route if under age 16.

*NO individuals with school permits are allowed to drive in the parade.

*NO front or rear attachments or pull-behinds allowed.
