Experience the freedom of the open road and help support a non-profit organization this weekend.
Jacie Peichel with Paws Humane Society of Charles City says the second annual Paws Fun Ride begins with free will donation registration at Derailed Bar and Spirits from 8:30 to 10 am Saturday (09.14) morning.
Peichel says participants must visit those establishments for a chance at prizes.
Fun Ride festivities return to Derailed at 5 pm Saturday for a silent auction, 50-50 raffle, live music and the chance to meet adoptable dogs and cats.
Derailed will also be hosting its third annual tractor show this Saturday starting at noon.
