Quilt of Valor Foundation Honors Latest Charles City Recipients

Five veterans received their Quilts of Valor this week in Charles City.

During a ceremony Wednesday (11.06) at the Charles City VFW, Mary Williams recognized recipients for the sacrifices.

“Draped” in Quilts of Valor Wednesday were William “Bill” Vance, Jess Griffin, Dale Stern, James “Jim” Springer, and Velton “Lee” Marsili.
