Quilts of Valor Program Honors Floyd County Veterans with Handmade Tribute

The Quilts of Valor Foundation continues to make a powerful impact in Floyd County, honoring local veterans with handcrafted quilts as a civilian award for their service. In this Community Conversation, Jen Burton and Al Williams share the touching origins of the program, how it’s grown nationwide, and how Floyd County residents can nominate a veteran to receive a quilt.
