New Hampton Boy Scouts Host Annual Dad’s Belgian Waffle Breakfast Sunday (04.26)

New Hampton Boy Scout Troop 48 will host its 3rd Annual Dad’s Belgian Waffle Breakfast this weekend.

Scoutmaster Adam Zeien says their only fundraiser of the year features all-you-can-eat waffles, served from 9 am to 1 pm Sunday (04.27) in the St. Joe’s gymnasium. There’s also a variety of waffle toppings, plus sausage, juice, milk and coffee.

Tickets at $15 can be purchased in advance from any scout member or at the door.

Zeien adds however that scouts experience more than just camps.

Zeien says, ultimately, scouting is about helping the boys grow as people.

Boys fifth-grade or older can join Boy Scouts, and younger boys can join Cub Scouts. Zeien says there are currently 23 scouts in Troop 48.

Children 5-and-under can eat for free this Sunday, with takeout breakfast orders also available.

Raffle tickets are also available at $5 each for chances to win a 55-inch TV or a Blackstone griddle.
