Charles City Arts Center Showcases New Exhibit, Creative Thursdays and Summer Art Camps

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS BROUGHT TO YOU BY FLOYD COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER:

The Charles City Arts Center stopped by Community Conversations to talk about a busy season of exhibits, classes, and community events. Volunteer Lance Schreier highlighted the current “Thin Place” abstract photography exhibit by Megan Bigelow, along with upcoming Creative Thursdays, Drum Iowa sessions, youth art camps, open studio opportunities, and facility rentals available to the public. The Arts Center is also gearing up for summer programming with classes for kids and families, plus continued involvement with the long-running Art-a-Fest celebration later this summer in Charles City.
