Charles City Arts Center Highlights June Events, Classes & New Luminosity Exhibit

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS BROUGHT TO YOU BY FLOYD COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER:

The Charles City Arts Center joined us on Community Conversations to share details about a busy month ahead. Lance Schreier and Robert Mulcahy discussed the opening reception for Luminosity, featuring artwork by NIACC Art Department Chair Kong Ho, along with Creative Thursdays, youth art classes, embroidery workshops, summer art camps, and other opportunities for community members to get involved with the arts.

They also previewed a fundraiser supporting University of Iowa student Eliza Fields as she prepares for a language and cultural study program in China, and shared information about Art-A-Fest, volunteer opportunities, memberships, and facility rentals at the Arts Center.
