The Butler County Fair gets underway Wednesday in Allison.
However, the scramble to adjust their entertainment lineup began Monday (06.22) night when the officials learned the Castellows female country music group had to cancel their show.
That’s Evan Chesnut, vice president of the Butler County Fair Association, which announced Tuesday (06.23) night that country singer Collin Raye has been lined up to fill in the gap Friday (06.26).
There’s also plenty of other grandstand entertainment on the books.
Also on Tuesday night, Colby Wix of Allison was named Butler County Fair Queen, with 1st Runner-Up Emery Luhring from Parkersburg and 2nd Runner-Up Capri Clark from Clarksville.
