The Farm Progress Show is rapidly approaching, scheduled for September 1-3 in Boone, Iowa. Matt Jungmann, the national events manager for Farm Progress, said the show site is rounding into form.
He said the rain is making the test plots look even better than they already had.
Farmers can get a close-up look at cover crops in the plots too.
The Farm Progress Show is also going to pick an inaugural winner of the “Women in the Field: Producer of the Year” award during this year’s event.
