The Charles City School District appears to have new principals lined up to take over at the High School and Lincoln Elementary.
The positions are coming open with the departures of High School Principal Jeromiah Bliss and Lincoln Principal Dan Phipps, with their resignations officially taking effect June 30th, the end of the school year. Both held their respective posts just one year.
Monday (06.24) night, new Superintendent Brian Burnight told the School Board that Levi Miller is set to lead the High School.
Burnight added that Miller will join the school district after he is officially released by the Nashua-Plainfield School District early next month. Meanwhile, Chealsey Moen is being promoted to principal at Lincoln Elementary.
Moen will begin duties as Lincoln principal on Monday, July 1st.
