Easter Egg Hunts Include Elks Lodge in Charles City; Special Needs Kids in New Hampton

Saturday’s (04.19) “Inclusive Easter Egg Hunt” in New Hampton is geared towards kids who aren’t able to or those are physically limited in their participation of traditional Easter egg hunts.
That’s Jane Schultz with Harvest Cares, a division of Harvest Church in New Hampton, the event sponsors. She says they’ll feature a variety of Easter egg hunts.
Schultz adds that they hope the Inclusive Easter Egg Hunt will become an annual event. Find more info at Harvest Church on Facebook.
The Charles City Elks Lodge will also host their annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday at the lodge along Clark Street, starting at 11 am.

Starting at midnight Saturday night, the New Hampton FFA, in conjunction with New Horizons Chamber, will be conducting its “Secret Easter Bunny” by hiding eggs filled with candy to residences which pre-ordered eggs for delivery in New Hampton. Recipients could buy 20 eggs for $20, 40 eggs for $35 or 60 eggs for $50.
