Floyd County Democrats Conduct Teacher Supply Drive

Floyd County Democrats have launched a teacher supply drive.

The group is asking for community support as teachers prepare to head back to the classroom. Help stock teacher classrooms with everyday essentials, from batteries to disinfecting wipes, post-it notes, dry erase markers, hand sanitizer, highlighters, pens and snacks.

Supplies can be donated at bins located at Prologue Books & Wine, 213 North Main, Charles City and The Arts Center, 301 N. Jackson St, Charles City.  

Officials add, “Your investment in local teachers, schools, and youth is greatly appreciated.”
