Charles City Public Library Ignites Summer with Vibrant Programs for All Ages

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS BROUGHT TO YOU BY FLOYD COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER:

Annette Dean, Director of the Charles City Public Library, shares exciting summer plans on KCHA’s Community Conversations. Kids can dive into “Read Around Town” story times at Dean’s Treats and the Streets Department, plus a dragon-themed coloring contest with entries due May 30. Adults can enjoy diamond art, a D&D one-shot, and a True Crime Book Club. The library’s community survey offers a chance to win a gardening basket. Join them at the Party in the Park on May 30 to explore summer programs and grant-funded gear like kayaks.
