Tripoli Fire Department Concert Fundraiser Saturday (06.20) Night

It’s the annual Tripoli Fire Concert Fundraiser from 4 to 11 pm this Saturday (06.21) in front of the Tripoli Fire station.

First assistant chief Marv Christensen says music will open at 6 PM with local band, Flying Gorilla, followed by Not Quite Brothers at 9 PM.

General admission is $10, with concert proceeds going to fire department equipment purchases. Christensen says they’re picking up from last year’s fundraiser that helped purchase a new air compressor.

Saturday’s night’s festivities also include inflatables for the kids

Christensen says teaching kids fire safety is one of the most rewarding aspects of him being a firefighter.
