PAWS Pet of the Week: Ellie Looking for Forever Home; UTV Ride, Halloween Dog Jog and Santa Paws Events Coming Up

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS BROUGHT TO YOU BY FLOYD COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER:

Jacie Peichel of the PAWS Humane Society joins KCHA’s Community Conversations with this week’s PAWS Pet of the Week, Ellie, a yellow lab mix believed to be around 7 to 10 years old who ended up at the shelter after her owner passed away and is now looking for a loving forever home. Jacie also discusses the importance of having a backup plan for pets, the PAWS adoption process, the September 26 UTV and ATV Ride, the upcoming Halloween Dog Jog, Santa Paws in December, and other ways the community can support PAWS.
